Usually I’m very pleased with my service but today was different. I pulled up and paid over $50 bucks for additional vacuuming due to a beach trip and pet hair. The two guys that worked in my car really tried to do a good job vacuuming but ( I am assuming! ) the shift leader kept rushing them to finish with my car, kept giving dirty looks for everyone to see. So naturally everything else was just kinda rushed. They focused on the vacuuming but after being rushed more than once I feel like they just got it somewhat “ ready “ to move on. I tipped both of them two guys because I felt sorry for how he talked to them. It definitely wasn’t a great job done as I still went back and wiped several windows myself after paying for a service that I’m usually happy with AND PAID EXTRA on top of that due to the pet hair and sand. I’m not sure if I’ll go back to this location. This little guy needs better customer service training and needs to learn how to speak to co workers especially in front of other people.

I paid for the $38 service and tipped $10 a piece. I didn't thoroughly check my car before leaving. Absolutely nothing was even wiped down. I just came from the beach and was expecting a little bit better job. Very disappointed 😔

I was provided a cursory outreach by someone asking for additional information which I provided and was promised that a manager would contact me shortly. That did not happen... This is totally unacceptable as my new car was damaged by this company, and I simply would like my rims replaced. @autobell. I phoned their corporate office and was also promised that someone would contact me. I sent emails to their C-Suite including Chuck Howard (CEO) David Reep (District Manager) Joseph Noel (District Manager) Stephen Phillips (Chief Information Officer) and Monty Rast (VP of Operations). At this point it's about 'doing the right thing' and I will not go away. Today at the Jamestown @AutobellCarWash, my 2026 Tesla was damaged during the wash. I filed an incident report, but the manager blamed me instead of helping. I have before-and-after photos showing the damage. I’d appreciate a prompt response from corporate to resolve this and repair my vehicle. #CustomerService #Autobell @AutobellCarWash

I want to commend Brandon at the Mackay Rd location in Greensboro. This young man is truly an asset to your company. I have an unlimited plan and go here at least weekly. Brandon is always there to greet me with a smile and “Pina Coloda” fragrance as usual? He always treats my truck with special care and ensures my satisfaction before I leave. Every company needs a Brandon!

BEWARE! I paid $43 at this location to get my interior/exterior detailed. I keep my car pretty clean so I just needed a touchup before the holiday (July 4th). I did not think to do a thorough inspection prior to leaving as I regularly go to other Autobell's in the area who always do a pretty great job however, this was my 1st and LAST time at this location! Do not get me wrong, I don't expect $100+ of high quality detailing BUT I do expect to get what I paid for. The interior of my vehicle was left almost in the same condition as how I brought it in. The mats weren't vacuumed thoroughly & the dash, console areas weren't touched at all leaving behind crumbs & dust. Not only was my interior not properly attended to, the exterior of my hood still had bugs on it. I tried to get the manager to rectify the situation & it's been over 2 weeks without a solution. I didn't even want a refund, just to get it thoroughly detailed again. Do not waste your money here at this location!
